Glassnode Offsite in Lanzarote
We were really impressed with the level of service throughout the planning process. The team was incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly, from sourcing properties and preparing options to supporting us through the offsite itself. The location profiles looked amazing, and the communication through the chat portal was fantastic.
We helped Glassnode bring their team to Lanzarote for an offsite that combined focused meetings with time to explore the island. We handled the planning from start to finish, from finding and securing the right hotel and meeting spaces to coordinating transfers, activities, meals and the logistics of moving the group around the island. With a busy programme and a lot of moving parts, the aim was to keep things straightforward for the team while making the most of what Lanzarote has to offer.
As with most offsites, there were last minute changes to the schedule, meeting requirements that shifted along the way and plenty of small details that needed sorting on the ground. One of the highlights was a buggy excursion around the volcanic landscape, which gave the team a very different way to experience the island. We coordinated the activity and transport so everyone could get out of the hotel and spend a few hours exploring the volcanic terrain together.
The result was a four day offsite that gave the Glassnode team a good balance between getting work done and experiencing Lanzarote. Our role was to take care of the details behind the scenes, deal with the changes as they came up and make sure the programme kept moving without the team having to worry about the logistics.
