INFINIT Offsite in Sardinia
Everything went spectacularly well. The whole offsite was a great experience!
For Infinit’s offsite, we organised a programme that mixed focused team time with plenty of opportunities to experience the island. We took care of the accommodation, meetings, activities, transport and the day to day logistics, building a schedule that gave the team time to work without spending the whole trip inside the hotel. Meetings were held with sea views, making even the working sessions feel connected to the destination.
Outside the meetings, we organised a treasure hunt hike along the coast, giving the team a chance to explore Lanzarote together while working through the challenges along the way. In the evening, rather than organising a typical private event, we took the group to a local bar for a more relaxed party and a chance to experience some of the island’s nightlife.
The result was an offsite that combined productive working sessions with activities and experiences that felt genuinely local. We handled the logistics throughout, from coordinating the programme and suppliers to making sure everything kept running smoothly on the ground.
