Kayzen Company Offsite in Phuket

We worked with We Offsite — specifically Roberto and Clara — on our company offsite in 2025, and the experience was truly exceptional.

Our organization is globally distributed, with team members spread across several continents, which makes planning and execution especially complex. From start to finish, We Offsite managed this complexity with extraordinary professionalism and care. They were consistently proactive, highly organized, and always attentive to every detail. At no point did we feel uncertain, overlooked, or ignored; every question, concern, or requirement was addressed quickly and thoughtfully.

The offsite took place in Phuket, Thailand, and the way the entire experience came together far exceeded our expectations. Roberto and Clara's on-the-ground support was invaluable and allowed me and my team (the HR team) to enjoy the event and the destination as well. Beyond our own experience as organizers, feedback from our employees was overwhelmingly positive. Many shared that this was the best offsite they had ever attended — not only within our company, but compared to offsites at other organizations.
